Manifesto

We run cognition in production.

Two years ago the question was whether generative AI would move from demo to production. It already did. Gartner projects that by 2028, one third of enterprise applications will include agentic AI, up from less than 1% in 2024 (Gartner, Predictions for 2024).

What remains open is who actually runs that layer. McKinsey documents that 65% of organizations already use generative AI in at least one function, yet only a minority report material EBITDA impact (McKinsey, The state of AI in 2024). The gap isn't the model. It's who takes the agent into the real operation.

Xplouse runs that layer. We design and operate agents on top of the systems the customer already has. Every action is signed and reversible. No replacements. No migrations as a precondition.

The LatAm productivity gap with OECD has been stalled for three decades (IMF, Regional Economic Outlook, 2024). A well-operated agent layer doesn't close it alone. It does let a mid-market company operate with enterprise capability without doubling the team.

This is agent infrastructure built by operators, not by sellers.
